INGREDIENTS:
150g nonsweet Desiccated coconut
50g Coconut Flour
1 serving Promax Vanilla
50g molten copra oil
50ml Coconut Milk
100g chocolate
50g chocolate

METHOD:
In a massive bowl combine the desiccated coconut, coconut flour and Promax vanilla along
Then add the molten copra oil and coconut milk. combine the wet and dry ingredients along
Transfer the mixture from the bowl to a lined receptacle and displayed equally, chill within the icebox till set
Break the chocolate into tiny chunks and soften
Pour the chocolate onto the coconut base that was left to sit back
Then soften the chocolate and swirl into the chocolate topping
Chill till the chocolate sets, then slice through half-dozen squares
